Forty new residential flats and 10 affordable housing units are to be built within the vacant Bunrannoch Hotel site in Kinloch Rannoch.

The 5.275 hectare plot will comprise 38 parking spaces and four housing blocks, one of which will be made up of the affordable houses. The blocks will have traditional slate roofs and reconstructed stone walls.

All two-bedroom, the apartments will be located on the edge of the River Tummel near Auchlyne and Rowanbank.

Full planning permission has been sought from P&K by Language Homes and Perthshire Housing Association.
